+ -1 moreOur well pump was acting up at our rural/vacation home. We called 4-5 companies and (of the ones that would return the call) all said they were booked weeks out. Only Weber offered to come out later that week (despite their busy schedule). Their techs were very nice and did a thorough inspection of our system, made a few adjustments (the problem turned out to be minor) and offered advice on how to maintain our system in a way that would lengthen it's life. If we have problems in the future, Weber will be our preferred company.
