A Better Electrician

10/10 - Highly Recommend for any Electrical needs. We needed to run a new 240v line into our basement for a new appliance. We had never had an electrician come out before, but I am glad we called them. A small family-owned company that provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Tim answered the phone right away and had us scheduled for an estimate within the next few days. The morning of the estimate, they came buy to look at the project at hand, (and a few extra lighting issues that we’ve been putting off fixing.) They quoted us an extremely reasonable price, and let us know that they had last minute availability open up that same afternoon. Tim and Forrest (Father/Son Team!) came in and finished the project way faster than anticipated, and ended up charging us less than estimated. It’s so refreshing having friendly, honest people come in and do work on our home. We will definitely be having them back out again for any future electrical needs!

It was fine. At a minimum of $125 an hour I wish I'd had more light fixture to install to make it worthwhile.

he came within 2 hr after calling, arrived at stated time and finished in 25 min. he was professional, courtesy and friendly price may have been on higher side, it was in my expected range and I was so glad to get it done right away since my refrig. was on that circuit, I was happy to pay. he was just what you would want in a service provider and I would hire him again.

Tim arrived on time, was very thorough and did a perfect job. Did not leave any debris behind, explained all the work done, and even did a few extra things. Very good, would use again, and have referred friends to him.

I gave them a "C" rating because "N/A" was not an option. They never got back to me to discuss my project, so I really have no idea how to rate them. I wanted to see if what I wanted to do was feasible and get an idea of what kind of cost would be involved. I guess they weren't interested in pursuing this, which is OK. Probably saved us both an unnecessary phone call.

very well. Both guys were very professional and did a good job. They were a little late, but called me to let me know expected arrival time. They installed two ceiling fans. They also checked an electrical outlet that wasn't working and graciously fixed that too.

Nice people. They fixed the problem quickly and didn't charge much. What more can you ask?

These guys were amazing. Super friendly and professional. They were very honest and did the job at a fair price. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommending these guys to my friends and family. :)

Excellent. This is the second time we used them. Master electrician Tim and his son Forrest are great folks who do a quality job. They performed the jobs exactly to our specifications, always responsive, always punctual, did what they said they would do for the quoted price. Was particularly pleased with the job Tim did wiring an outlet against the side of the house near the top of our pergola, so we can hang Edison lights. Only advice I might have for Tim and Forrest is to do a little better job on cleaning up after completing the work. Price was fair, considering you are getting two electricians, one a Master. Highly, highly recommend!

Tim & Forest are awesome! They are not only exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, they did a great job and are very friendly! We HIGHLY recommend them!

Great!! My wife talked with them and she they were very nice and she wants to use them for all future project. They honored all coupons and even gave a military discount! They found a mistake when the house was originally built, corrected it and now everything is working. I was emailed an invoice to make things even easier.

Tim and Forrest isolated the problem in less than an hour, which turned out to be worn out circuit breakers not passing 120 volts through to ceiling lights and outlets. They obtained parts for the basement electrical panel and replaced the defective breakers in less than a second hour. Tim is very knowledgeable, professional and explained things as he worked and I would not hesitate to employ him again or recommend his services.

I think they did a good job. I'd grade them as "A" in responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. I wouldn't use them in future. I found out later there were some issues they should have brought to my attention.

I would definitely recommend this Electrician, He was very helpful and honest and did a great job for a very fair price. If you are looking for a great local company look no further.

He was kind, displayed wonderful patience, and was very honest. He was on time, assessed the situation efficiently, and fixed the problems quickly. I will call him back again if I ever have an electrical issues in my house.

The company was professional and knowledgeable and very personable. When he was going to be late for our appointment, he called to let me know, which was very appreciated. When they got here they performed the 5 projects I had for them with professionalism and efficiency. I rehired them for another project because I was so pleased with their fine service and competitive prices! The project was to Install a ceiling fan, but I broke my foot before I was able to go buy the fan, so I asked Tim if he would mind picking up a fan for me, and he was happy to - that is service above and beyond! :-) I highly recommend this company in every regard.

A Better Electrician was very responsive and completed the work quickly on the same day.

Both times, he was punctual, honest, and very friendly. The second job he did for me was much smaller than the first, and he let me know that I'd paid for half an hour. The job I'd asked him to do only took about half that time, so he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at while he was here. I thought of all those loose outlets my husband says he's going to fix "eventually." A Better Electrician spent the rest of the time I'd paid for fixing those. Everything works great!

They did a great job and said they would installed them in two hours and they did. Since they charged by the hour they was vary accurate with their estimated time. I would diffidently use them again.
