We are a construction remodel and repair company, operating in the Vail Valley from East Vail to Gypsum, for over eight years. We specialize in drywall and tile repairs, from water damage to general maintanence. Matching existing or creating modern wall textures has been a staple of our business. We have performed many bathroom remodels including the addition of new fans, lights, toilets and vanities. To also include the replacement of many doors of all shapes and sizes as well as baseboard and casing for any application. The replacement of windows and outdoor siding is also a mainstay of our business. We would be happy to come out to your home and provide you with a detailed, accurate, and expediant estimate for any type of work that you may need to have performed.
After interviewing about 3 other people who could serve as a general overseer of the project as needed, we settled on Jason to start with a short laundry list of things we decided to do to get the project started. We decided to have him do some preliminary drywalling, help us remove a wall and rewire the electric, and install a few lighting fixtures. His estimate was that it would take him a few days at a very reasonable and acceptable price. And that's how it started. Three and one half months later, Jason was still by our side as we completed the most beautiful remodel imaginable in record time for our complex. As the project unfolded, we realized how involved it was going to be, and Jason was able to conceive, complete, coordinate and consult with us on every detail of the remodel. What made this project even more difficult is that we were LIVING in this 900 sq. ft. area with 2 dogs and a cat! Jason didn't give it a second thought. He worked through any inconvenience with not only a cheerful attitude, but a close personal involvement as well. Since the project was so involved, Jason worked ANY hours that worked for us--sometimes as many as 16 hours a day--and many times 7 days in a row. He knew our time table and budget limitations and would many times find solutions to problems that saved us both time and money--and we were happier about these solutions than with our original concept. His personal pride in seeing the project to completion to our satisfaction went way beyond the hours we would pay him. Hundreds of calls and texts were fired between us and there was never one that went unanswered almost always immediately. In short--the entire project was his--cabinet installation, coordinating flooring, extensive plumbing, complete drywall and texture, painting, re-wiring and electrical installation. More importantly, Jason's demeanor is beyond reproach. His respect for your space as he workes provides you with a level of comfort I have never experienced before. He is cheerful--and honest to the penny. To this day, Jason continues to be a friend and visits us to see that we are happy with everything and to "touch things up" that he is not completely happy with, even tho' it looks incredible to us. I can honestly say that Jason will work with anyone in any situation, no matter how unusual--and do it all with a cheerful demeanor and genuine personal involvement and pride. Allow Jason to work for --or with--you and give him the opportunity to offer suggestions and you will be very happy with the results. You can be as flexible or inflexible with your ideas as you wish and Jason will respond to your needs. Without a doubt, there is no way we would have ever been able to complete this project without Jason, and economically feasible as well. I will recommend his work without reservation
Description of Work: I have owned a 900 sq.ft condominium since 1973--and never has had any work done other than general maintenance. Suffice it to say, the place had turned into a dump from years of rentals. This year we decided to completely remodel the unit from the walls outward. The floor plan was to be completely reconfigured, walls were to be removed and replaced, complete replacement of all wall outlets, heater base units, lighting fixtures, plumbing--the list goes on. We had done a fairly comprehensive analysis of what needed to be done, but little did we realize how many people it might involve. The best case scenario for us--and the most desirable option would be to keep the number of tradesmen to a minimum--and in a perfect world, perhaps only one person could mange the whole project.
