She was not prompt. I couldn't depend on her for getting a quick response. She gave me an estimate for $17000. That was her commission. It was exorbitant. She was unreliable and she did not follow instructions. She allowed improper charges to go into the closing documents.
Description of Work: I used a real estate agent affiliated with Keller Williams Real Estate. Daniela DeMeillac was the seller agent selling a property of mine.

She was rude and tended to blame us for her own mistakes and delays relaying to buyers that we were the cause of any problem when it was clearly her.
Description of Work: Was the buyers agent; we were the seller. That agent was insulting, distrusting; arrogant and demeaning.
