+ -1 moreIt was without a doubt, the best customer experience I have had from a contractor. He came out to the house and brought examples that met the specific criteria for my job. He wasn't sure if he would have all the parts in time, but he brought the team out and installed a different product just because I had family in. They came out and uninstalled the replacement and reinstalled the product I ordered. It was a lot of man hours and they did so just to make sure I was happy. There was a part of the awning that was getting damaged. When I let him know, he stated he would be fixing it free of charge. He is coming tomorrow. Very happy!
