He was reachable at all times & always replied within 30 minutes or less. He answered all of our questions & addressed all of our concerns. Job was done badly and left debris behind, did not fix the floor where they put the heater which is tilted. The cost was outrages and could not get in contact with them. Left messages several times, will not call back
