+ -1 moreIt was a pleasure dealing with John. He was professional and prompt - the job was started and completed on time. I also have to say the he is the nicest guy I've ever hired to do a carpentry / renovation job, and the ONLY one whose quality of work has ever exceeded our expectations. Our job was quite small compared to some of the installations he's done for much more expensive homes, Despite that, John still took the time and care to do beautiful work. It's one thing to see photos taken from 10-20 feet away, but my wife and I were able to examine the results "up close and personal". John worked with the care and precision of a fine cabinetmaker, and the results blew us away. No exaggeration - our new staircase is now the centerpiece of our home. He has my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: Replaced / upgraded our staircase including demolition and material removal of old railing / wallboard / studs, and installation of new hardwood treads, risers, balusters, and railings.
