Description of Work: Contractor was supplied by government for a bathroom remodeling. Dropped off materials on lawn when told to put it in garage. Left it there for a month, now I have no grass in that area. He said he would be back in a couple of days, after a month he shows up and does 3 hours of work. He said it would take 5 days that was up 3 days ago and the bathroom is not even started.
