The process went even better than expected. My wireless router was properly installed behind a closet door in the center of the house. There are no visable wires or components anywhere! The installer was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Both Steve and Isaac were superb. Very professional and knowledgeable. There was a weather-related delay at the beginning, but otherwise were prompt, friendly and efficient. It was not at all their fault that it did not work out; we knew from the beginning that we are located in a difficult area to reach. Isaac was committed to getting it to work. Definitely would use them again if related service is needed.

Very professional, very efficient. Had an estimate back to me with reasonable pricing when compared to buying the products over the internet. Installed everything in a timely manner and stood by his products. Everything was installed in one day on the day he promised to be there. We have been happy with the quality of the television, soundbars, receivers, and internet service since the installation, and most importantly, no wires are to be visualized.

They didn’t have to do any rewiring; it was just the mechanical stuff. They were very good. We haven’t had any problems with it at all. He showed up on time and got the job done fairly quickly.

They are good and excellent. They know what they are doing. We have had other people who have come in and messed up our system. They also wanted us to buy a new remote on top of their service. Sound Media was able to figure it out and they have it at a more flexible than anyone else. It is now something that I can fix on the spot if we do have any problems with the system.

I had a problem with my receiver that I had purchased from them. They had it fixed and provided excellent service on their installation and their products.
