I wanted a full service solution--put in the antenna, put in three Tivo units, teach us how to use all products and do it affordably, quickly and professionally. He did all those things well. Steve visited our home, bid the job, was hired, did the job, got paid and was available for questions after he left. What more could anyone want? He is a professional and good at what he does. He is now our "go to guy" for all our audio-visual needs.

Very professional. Nice work!. We dumped our dish and had Sound Media install an HD antennae in our attic. They connected it to all our tv's. 47 local channels of local HD programming and no cable\satellite bill. Tied in Amazon, Netflix, & Hulu for about $20 per month. Worth it! I knocked off 1/2 star because it took two attempts to get someone to call me back. They could have been busy though. The other two vendors I contacted never responded, so they have a leg up on the competition right from the start. Many thanks!

Steve was great at figuring out how to install our flatscreen TV in a 1920's house.. very responsive, on time, polite, the installer cleaned up everything -- it was an excellent job.

Steve was professional, on-time, and went above and beyond the minimum service. He set up the wall mount with an extra feature that will be very helpful and even reconfigured my DVD connection while he was at it. Outstanding!
