Paul Donaghey with RoofWorx has been amazing to work with in every way. Our roof replacement was an insurance claim due to weather damage. Paul led us through the entire process, including dealing with insurance and our local building department, coordinating with a subcontractor to get our insulation up to code, and helping to protect our beloved plants and landscaping. Every step of the way Paul went the extra mile and more, making the entire experience as painless and successful as we could possibly hope. All of the workers who were part of the project were courteous and professional, communication was thorough throughout the process, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Even within the confines of an insurance claim Paul was able to offer us a number of choices, and assisted us with understanding and selecting all of our options. I will wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone, and a special shout-out to Paul Donaghey for all of his good attitude, good work, and good results.

First let me say what a professional team Sherri Pe'a and Jim Laudel make. The experience and professionalism they bring to the table is something I haven't found in any prior contractor hire. They went way out of their way to make things right with the project and in the dealings with my insurance carrier. Awesome job!!! The tenants were notified in advance, the crews were quick, courteous and professional. The clean up was spot on and the whole experience with Roof Worx was one I will remember when it comes to doing any other project. You can't do any better when hiring a contractor than Sherri and Jim. A seamless and delightful experience!!!!

Roof Worx is amazing! I would like to start off that I am incredibly picky with all contractors. I want someone who shows up on time, has a professional crew, works promptly, does what they promise, and finishes on time and within budget. Roof Worx delivers on all counts! Roof Works has watched my roof over the years after hail/wind concerns and made repairs as necessary. They are very affordable, and I feel confident that my home is being well maintained. They have been prompt to respond to my calls and I am confident in their expertise. As to my real estate clients, they have preformed above my expectations. Thy have reviewed roofs that have saved my buyers valuable time in offer submissions, as well as helped with sellers that need to replace a roof and stay within dates/deadlines and close on time. We all know that as business professionals, it is wildly important to surround yourself with others that deliver superior results. Roof Worx is that company.

5 stars! Excellent service! Great experience from sales to completion. Project manager was always available and happy to help and answer my many questions. He and another gentlemen removed the existing fascia boards and worked hard to get the new ones in plumb position. They even let us know that the soffits had insulation blocking air flow (from when the house was originally built, we are guessing). Crews were gentlemen, they took great care in protecting flower beds, covering the grass to catch debris and nails, they even asked where I wanted them to park their dumpster/trailer. They also moved the production day to a day that worked better for me and my husband! They were well organized and took great care in cleaning up; it's hard to believe we had the roof ripped off and replaced! Materials used were high quality GAF T/Line HD, GAF Tiger Paw, Ice and Water Shield, GAF Pro Start Starter, Hip and Ridge S-A-R, drip edges painted.... to list a few from the proposal. They also upgraded the fascia board quality. It was an expensive project for us but much needed. I will always appreciate the professionalism and support the representatives of Roof Worx gave us. Roof Worx IS a prescription for quality!!!

Roof Worx built my home prior to getting into the roofing business. Strange they should choose this industry to enter as the only problems I have had w my home are roofing issues! Upon leaking water in the home, we contacted them to assist in finding and repairing the leaks. Both issues I have learned were repaired poorly. Upon speaking w owner to readdress the issues, even offering to pay to fix, he refused to fix. I just spent $9,070 to correct the issues. That is when I learned that both the original construction of the roof and the repairs that were completed by Roof Worx utilized inadequate membrane materials that deteriorated and improper vent selection and installation.. I hope anyone considering this company, rethinks their decision not only due to poor workmanship but also the ability of the company to not stand behind their work

The previous winter after heavy snow, when the snow melted we were getting leaking into the house. Problem was some bad shingles and flashing along the roof line. Roof Worx repaired this problem.We also decided to install a solar-powered attic vent fan, to keep the attic cooler in the summer, to keep the upstairs cooler. Roof Worx recommended a particular model, which we decided to use. Roof Worx purchased and installed the fan.

I called Roof Worx because I Had noticed that some of my shingles were missing. I had already filed a claim with my insurance and but they only wanted to pay for a small repair. I thought that didn't seem right so I decided to get the opinion of a experienced roofer and ask that the adjuster come out again to meet with the representative. Roof Worx sent out Brian Benson who really knew his stuff. Brian had pointed out that the whole roof needed to be repaired not just part of it. He negotiated with my Adjuster and they approved the replacement of my whole roof. When it came to them actually getting down to the work I must say I was impressed on how thorough and efficient they were. The crews were very respectful, cleaned up after themselves and over all did a great job. The whole process took less than 7 days from negotiation to installation. I do have to say my roof looks beautiful and Roof Worx made the process so easy and stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Wow. I really appreciate the work that Roof Worx has done for my family. After the 2013 Erie microburst (that leveled the Boulder Valley Velodrome), I knew it wouldn't be long before unscrupulous roofers started knocking on doors in my neighborhood. I did a pre-emptive strike and looked up Roof Worx through BBB listings (before I had AL) and gave them a call. Brian was out within 24 hours to assess the damage (where it took State Farm nearly 2 weeks) - and helped facilitate the entire insurance claim processes.Brian Benner is a godsend. Not only did he effectively act as the GC for the entire project - but he was quick to answer calls or texts and helped minimize the impact these repairs had on my family's life (my wife was 8 months pregnant, on bed-rest). In fact - his guys stayed until almost 8 pm to finish the roof and skylights in one day (as they thought rain might be coming). AND RAIN IT DID - RoofWorx saved us BIG TIME! The rain that came lasted for more than a week (the 2013 Colorado Flood) - but we stayed dry with zero leaks under our nice new roof.The custom-order windows took a little longer (especially with the other damage claims that came in after the flood) - but again, Brian communicated with us regularly and even stopped by a few times to give us updates - checking in to make sure their repairs were not impacted by the flood. Once they were in town the windows, like the roof, were installed in one day - and were an instant improvement. I love the new windows.Through the entire process, State Farm tried repeatedly to cheap-out on us - but we had Brian on our side, ensuring that the job was done correctly. I don't envy what he and his team had to go through with State Farm (the two instances I sat on hold with State Farm for 90 minutes were enough for me!) - but he worked with them and got them to make us whole from the loss.I highly recommend Roof Worx for the information, communication and service that they provide. They were excellent from start to finish. Their Roofing Consultant, Nick Romano, met with our Insurance Agent right on time, had crew start right on schedule, and oversaw entire operation until job completed. After crew done, Nick came back next day and walked me around entire house. I had one question, and he ran to Home Depot and purchased item, then took care of it himself--and it wasn't even part of our Agreement. I have recommended this company to all our neighbors.

This job was performed well, on time, and for proposed cost. This same firm replaced hail damaged roofs on 17 houses in this subdivision in Oak Ridge.

Roof Worx was contacted as a referral from another contractor I was using that I found through Angie's List. Following the hail storm of 2012 it was tough to find a reliable roofer so a positive referral seemed like a good bet. The sales agent immediate contact and set an appointment right away. In retrospect he was probably a little too slick....he wanted to deal with the insurance company on my behalf - I said no. When the insurance agency was contacted by the company representative without my knowledge, I contacted the insurance company to follow-up to see what was going on. They wanted to schedule the repair in a reasonable amount of time but before the insurance process was complete so it was pushed off. We had several calls to coordinate the date of service but weren't notified when the materials would arrive. After the first day of work we discovered a long crack along the beam of our roof line in the stairwell, hall and bath. We took pictures and notified the Roof Worx rep of the situation. We were quickly told that any damage regardless of the cause from their company, it was not covered under their contract. At first they denied the damage was caused by their crews (they over weighted that section of the house with shingles and the weight caused the cracking) but eventually they admitted the cause and agreed to fix the crack. I lost track of how many times we had them return with multiple drywallers and painters to "fix" the crack but it was at least 4 or 5. Between scheduling challenges it took over 9 months to get the work done and at the end of the day it still hasn't been fixed appropriately. Upon completion of the last repair attempt an invoice immediately came for the final payment (we refused to pay full payment until the cracks were fixed). Within 10 days of receiving this invoice another invoice was sent with a letter from the manager stating they had fixed the damage that they weren't obligated to pay for and wanted immediate payment or they would turn us over to a collection agency, charge interest and/or put a construction lien on our house. Customer service was definitely not a skill this manager has at his disposal.

The contact person was very pleasant, the work was fast and sees to be well done. My problem, was with the billing, their bill came from Roof work in Colorado and was $592 higher than the original estimate. I think a company should honor their estimate, they claimed to have left something off the estimate.
