 + 0 moreFantastic. I was amazed at how good my floors & carpets looked afterwards. My wood floors have a lot of wear & scratches, but he was able to make them look great. I provided before & after pictures.

 + -1 moreBeautiful. He did a fantastic job. Mr. Ortiz is a very accommodating professional that loves what he does and does it very well. That is so refreshing to find and makes the entire process much more pleasant. Very personable and knowledgeable, he explained his cleaning process in detail, gave us a quote and set a time to come back to do the job. He showed right on time, immediately set up the equipment and began the cleaning routine. We are beyond pleased with the results. I will definitely recommend him to friends and look forward to using his services again in the future.
Description of Work: Entire house of carpet cleaning. The carpets had not been professionally cleaned in 3-4 years and were badly in need. I sent out a request for a quote to 3-4 of the carpet cleaning services with details on what I was needing on Monday late afternoon and Mr. Ortiz called Tuesday morning. He was the only one that responded and I am so glad that he did. He came by the house and performed the estimate on Tuesday afternoon, cleaned the carpets on Thursday morning.

 + -1 moreThey took their time and paid extra attention to bigger stains that I had to make them disappear or become practicably un-noticeable. They were very professional and courteous. I have absolutely no complaints and I would recommend them 100%. I will also be using them again in a couple of months to do my upstairs.
