I spoke with several different companies and PG Abatement was not only the most cost effective but the best in terms of helping me understand the options, costs, and the details around the state requirements.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Called PG Abatement and Demolition after several previous bids from other companies whose overly fear-centered sales message around the known health risks of asbestos was really off-putting. The owner of PG Abatement, Gehrick, responded promptly to my call and was very straightforward and easy to communicate with. My project involved the removal of an original 1950s furnace, asbestos-wrapped ductwork, asbestos chimney flue and asbestos flooring tiles. Gehrick met with me to estimate the project and provided a clear overview of the permitting and asbestos removal process. I opted for fairly comprehensive asbestos removal, and PG provided a timely, clear and price-competitive bid. The detailed site prep and asbestos abatement were handled by Gehrick and PG Abatementâ s team with outstanding skill and professionalism. PG also delivered on their commitment to keeping any damage to walls and trim to an absolute minimum, which was no easy task since the furnace system being removed was large and original to the home. I received daily updates throughout the project, and both the asbestos abatement work and final third-party air quality clearance were completed perfectly and on schedule. I was completely satisfied with the quality of work and down-to-earth service I received and would recommend PG Abatement without hesitation.

I was in a massive bind when my demolition contractor canceled on me at the last minute. Lucky for me I called Sharon and Team at PG Abatement. They were able to get me a quote that was extremely competitive and were able to start right away. Usually when the price is right and the turn around is quick you get shoddy work but that was not the case with PG. They were able to get my demo job done quickly and left the site clean and ready to go onto the next phase. I was concerned about starting my renovation project without professional advice and they were very helpful. They showed up on time, communication was great, and saved me a lot of money in the end. This company was hired to remove all insulation in my attic including asbestos containing vermiculite. They recommended the company (different from the one that did initial testing) to do final testing. The company and clearance came back and said job was done. I went up in attic 10 days later, there were visual pieces of vermiculite everywhere and significant dust and debris. Rex environmental that they recommended sent me original pictures of their visual clearance with dust and debris.... PG agreed to come do a *touch-up* job. They filled their 30 gal vacuum 4-5 more times during their touch-up job. Afterwards I found at least 100 pieces of vermiculite within 18 inches of attic hatch and significant amounts elsewhere. They also stated they would set up proper control room technique, and originally quoted (and paid) for air clearance level cleaning, they stated once they came on site this was not possible, so we assumed they were professionals and agreed. This allowed the job to be changed to a cleaning job with no CDPHE certification. This allowed them to cut corners and not have any consequences for their actions. They have refused to respond to any more communications from me, multiple voicemails and emails have been sent. I would not allow this company anywhere near your attic, they supposedly have a good reputation for other areas in a home, but do anything to not let them do asbestos mitigation in attic. I was able to get it professionally resolved but only after spending more money out-of-pocket with another company.

We recently underwent a kitchen remodel and I needed to find a good contractor to remove an old linoleum floor from the 60s to make way for wood floors. I'm glad I chose PG to complete the work. Sharon and Gehrick were both a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They were responsive, helpful and did excellent work for a fair price. Gehrick even went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, even though it took a bit longer than expected. Highly recommend.

Sharon and her crew were great accommodating my needs after the other asbestos removal company left asbestos after initial abatement and did not notify us about more findings. Sharon worked with me on the price and was very courteous. She and her crew lead Gehrick were communicating through the whole process unlike the other company. I was pleased with results.

Asbestos abatement isn't easy or cheap. But these guys got the job done at a competitive cost. It look a bit longer than expected but they communicated well about the delay and we are overall very satisfied.

Gehrick was very quick to come out to my home for an estimate and then get started on the work. He was transparent about the process and talked us through possible scenarios without being alarmist. Clean-up was great.
