Juan does it all! He remodeled my kitchen and did everything but the countertop installation, but was there to supervise and inspect their work and because he is bilingual was able to communicate with them more effectively than I could. He is very conscientious and does excellent work! Because he does it all you donâ t wait on other subcontractors . I highly recommend Juan of North South East West LLC

I hired North South East and West to take down a wall & put up a header. Work is excellent. If I have any other projects around the house I would definitely hire him again . I highly recommend him.

We hired Juan to remodel our basement bathroom. He did an amazing job, we really love it! He was punctual and polite and his quality of work is top notch!

Juan also had to resize the cabinets over the oven before he could install the microwave. The cabinets look great. He also had to redo the exhaust ductwork that is inside the cabinet. We also had some drywall work done in another room at the same time. It is really nice having someone who can do all of this so that we have one person who can do all the work and do it very well.

I have used Juan on many occasions and the quality of his work is always excellent.

Juan completed multiple projects to freshen up a basement. Meticulous work and very professional. Painting was exquisite. Better than the original remodel. l will definitely use him for future projects.

Juan did a great on my washer/dryer hookup installation. He was extremely responsive, punctual, and reasonable in his pricing. My project was a bit of a difficult one being a middle level plumbing and ventilation project, and he made it work! Estimate was provided within 48 hours of viewing the space, and I was able to get on the schedule within two weeks.

Juan was knowledgeable and took care of more than he was originally contracted to do. He explained exactly what repairs needed to be made, was courteous and very dependable. His prices are extremely reasonable and I plan to hire him again for other jobs. I highly recommend him.

Juan is great at what he does, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Installed doorway to join two small bedrooms, the doorway look great. In fact, did such a great job, hired him for an additional job that starts soon. Highly recommend this company for any job you may have.

Juan helped me with a few projects I needed help with around the house, including installing a dimmer switch, replacing trim around a door, and painting some baseboards. Juan was very professional and courteous, and all of the work was done quickly and everything turned out great!

He expertly picked up where the other left off and was able to correct, complete and fix all the outstanding issues related to the project. And there were many! Juan and his team did more than just install new fixtures in our basement bathroom - they installed a new toilet, new trim, new vanity, and even wrapped our front porch columns with stone. Done very well and in just a couple of days. We're very happy and plan to have Juan back to the house soon!

Juan installed my kitchen backsplash and tile surround for the fireplace. The tile looks amazingâ very professionally done. Juan was a complete professional. He was upfront, responsive and focused on his work. He kept the workspace clean and neat. I will definitely hire him again.

We had Juan do some pretty extensive deck repair and replace a fluorescent light in our kitchen. Just before he was ready to work on the kitchen light, we changed our mind on what we wanted installed. Juan took all that in stride and we worked out the schedule. We had a little difficulty with actually getting together; however once we worked out our schedules he was great! He installed a new doggie door-which was far from easy to do. Hung a pot tack, and some art. Very pleasant man to have in the home. We will absolutely hire him again!
