It was a very good experience, Kelly was very professional and very punctual for all appointments, he also responded to our phone calls and text messages, he's very prompt on answering our questions.

No response three weeks after request for quote

Attempted contact to this contractor 5 times, and never even got a reply. Attempted phone contact twice, email twice, and their website online appointment signup.... and nothing.

I recently had steel siding installed on my house in Aurora by Kelly Construction. I had met with a number of siding contractors getting estimates in the past year, and Kelly Construction was the most reasonable. Scott Kelly (owner) was a pleasure to work with and didn't use the high pressure other companies did. They did a beautiful job and an excellent clean up of the yard. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

They also did the original steel siding that we had installed 30 years ago. Our experience in both instances was great. The work they do is excellent; professional and thoughtful. They are always looking for the best way to handle difficult areas.

He said he'd get over there to assess the work and would give me an estimate. I've texted him asking if he had been over to the house yet. I've left a voicemail. Never heard back from him.

It went great! It was actually Scott Kelly, his brother and Dan (an employee who's worked with them for over 30 years) who did all the work. I chose to go with the PRODIGY Single 7" vinyl shingles in the juniper ridge color with the trim, j channels, metal wrap on all window, door, and garage door casings in adobe cream. During the tear down we discovered that an addition on our house was done without any outside plywood sheathing. No problem for Scott...he and the guys put new plywood up and wrapped the entire house perfectly. Then when they began installing the prodigy on my driveway side...I got a call from Scott that the seams weren't lining up to his liking...and if it wasn't something he'd put on his house...he wasn't going to put it on mine. Wow! What contractor would do this? They honestly could have put all that up and I wouldn't have really known the difference. That's craft...and actually giving a **** about quality. So, we ended up trying the Prodigy double 6" shingles which ended up laying much better at the seams. I got all prodigy decorative blocks, new outdoor power outlets, and drier vent...they even installed my new outdoor lights I provided. Kelly Construction did a very professional looking job on my 1940s built home. I was most pleased with their attention to detail and willingness to make sure I was happy with the entire job (and I'm not the easiest person to please). They were very mindful of cleaning up the work area when done. Overall, I couldn't be happier that it was actually done by in house, experienced workers (again Scott, his brother, and Dan) and not just contracted out to anyone. The price was fair. The workmanship, craft, and attention to detail is obvious. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new Prodigy vinyl siding. But don't take my word for it. We are delighted with the fresh, clean appearance of our home after Scott and his crew replaced old, peeling wood siding with Mastic insulated vinyl siding on our 1974 ranch style home. I tend to be a demanding and particular customer and each time I asked "..and can you do this?", Scott patiently and confidentially answered "yes!". The siding manufacturer doesn't have the darker green trim I hoped to keep, and Kelly Construction found a satisfactory solution for me. The crew who performed the work did it carefully and paid attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves. I had 3 estimates and found Kelly Construction to provide great service at a reasonable cost.

My house looks like a different home. The siding really looks nice and I am grateful I won't have to paint my siding again.

Wonderful. I really value his perfection with the job. He strives for perfection in every job. Price was significantly lower (about 5k lower) than competitors.

Kelly Construction did a wonderful job on our house and garage. Once we contacted the company, Scott came out promptly and gave us a no-pressure estimate. We obtained three estimates for our job ? One was very high and the other two, including Kelly Construction, were very similar. We went with Scott mainly on instinct. Scott was very knowledgeable and experienced. Work started on time and with a couple minor weather delays (Rain), was completed in a timely manner. Overall, the project went very well and the end results are terrific. We had Kelly Construction replace, or cover, all the soffit and facia on our house and garage with vinyl. We had them cover the underside of our patio with vinyl. They also installed a couple of new downspouts on our gutters. The color match between the new and the old couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend Kelly Construction.
