We service all manufacturers fireplaces, logs, and most gas grills and patio heaters. We offer a 30 day warranty for the same problem. We service residential and commercial properties and work with a number of realtors and property management firms

I had scheduled an appointment and advised ahead of time about parking lot improvements that would be goin on in front of the unit to be serviced, but that there were lots of visitor spaces if one drove around the complex a bit (just as I had to do).Half an hour after my scheduled appointment time with no call from the technician or anyone with the company, I called to make sure I hadn't made a mistake in my scheduling. I'd had my front door open to make it obvious to the tech that I was at the property and didn't want to leave it open if unnecessary. There was no answer, so I left a message. A full hour after my appointment I called again to see if anyone was answering yet. I left another message. Approximately 20 minutes later I DID receive a call telling me that the tech had been there, roads were blocked and there was "absolutely no way to access the property." I asked why he didn't call me and was told he called a number and was told it was a wrong number. I questioned why there was no follow up to make sure he HAD the right number so I could be contacted and give directions instead of just abandoning the job. I also asked why I didn't get a call about this until 80 minutes after the appointment. She said, "well I'm calling you NOW, aren't I?" I knew I was speaking with an angry tone because I was highly annoyed at the lack of professionalism, and I told her that I was frustrated and upset at having been left waiting with no explanation the way I had. Her response was to tell me that I should understand THEIR frustration and upset at not being able to get to the property. She then told me that she could send the tech back or she would be just as happy to cancel the job. (Gee, how dare I be upset!!!) I ultimately decided I didn't want to give money to a business that responds to my complaints about customer service with an "I really could care less" attitude. Apologize for miscommunications, even if you don't think you are responsible. (Though in this case, there was a serious dropping of the communication proverbial ball) Graciousness with an upset customer goes much farther than an attitude and would have garnered a recommendation instead of a rank review.
