The Dryer Vent Tech was thorough and knowledgeable about our dryer venting system. While performing the inspection it was brought to our attention that items were not up to code, so alternative code-compliant materials were suggested. Upon completion of the inspection, the tech went over the other items that needed to be repaired or replaced and discussed the reasons for those repairs or replacements. We are very happy with the services provided, and we are referring this company to our friends and Family

Our technician was on it. We almost replaced our dryer thinking it was slowly going bad before the service only to find out that our dyers poor performance was instead due to an airflow issue. Who would have known the potential fire risk we also had in our home. So to say the least our entire family was pleased with the outcome of this service. You'll also find the technician to be very professional, knowledgeable, and it was very helpful to have the experience and expertise the technician has about dryers and dryer vents. This company is highly recommended by us.

Way Overpriced. Did not provide estimate in a call upfront, service tech was nice but i had to ask him about pressures, (he didn't show me), 49 dollar inspection fee on top of 151 cleaning was 200! Other firms called stating total cost 125. I complained but the office said prices set by national office. Didn't offer senior discount or price match. So why waste an extra 75 dollars with this firm?
