Chilly Lights

Responded to request quickly. Was able to schedule work in short order. Price was similar to what we have paid in the past. Finally the went the extra mile to go get replacement bulbs for our lights that were not typical to what they stocked. Happy with the service I will be using them again in the future.

We are very pleased with Chilly Lites! This is our 3rd year using them.

The work has already been completed and was done in a very professional manner. Both gentlemen were very polite and finished the work the way I requested. They asked questions as they installed the lights to make sure it was to my satisfaction.

Sean is a very accommodating and helpful business owner. He does what he says he's going to do and does it well. I have used Chilly Lights for 3 years now and they do a wonderful job. I also like that the first year is the most expensive and after that, because you have the lights already, it is much more reasonable- you aren't recreating the wheel every year.

Sean was professional but also personable. His pricing was very reasonable and I like that next year I will only pay for installation. As the other reviews stated- Sean was very responsive and his crew did a great job. I'm very glad I found Chilly Lights- just wish it had been sooner!

Initial impression was not good. Took longer to set up lights and then the work was not done properly. Talked with Sean and informed him of substandard work. He then personally came with another staff member and made sure all was done properly. Great response and effort on his behalf to make customer happy. I will use them again to remove all the lighting.

Professional, patient owner who cares about getting it right. I compared him to the other new provider in Belleville he was slightly more expensive he was much more professional and much more willing to answer questions.

Sean the owner is a true professional and he can be reached anytime.He sent to ladies to work on the roof lights. Samantha (Sam) and Sarah both did an amazing job and they did not hurry and completed it well and cleaned up the work area and left. I am sure repeat customer when I need to install lights once again.

Installed & removed holiday lights. Arrived on time, did an awesome job. My Christmas lights looked great. I will hire them again next year!

They unfortunately did miss the first appointment, but did make the second and did an efficient and very neat install of my Christmas Lights. They were Friendly and communicated well even when something came up and they missed the first appointment. I would definitely recommend them to someone else needing Christmas lights.

The Chilly Lights team went over and above to make sure I had my lights up and working on the date I wanted, and also was very prompt and quick in taking them down. I have a very high pitched roof and its not easy- but they got the job done. Its nice to keep the lights in my possession. I will definitely be having Shawn and his team put them up for me next year as well. The best thing is that Shawn is easy to get a hold of- If I emailed or called, I heard back within a reasonable time period. This is so helpful and makes the process much easier.

Shawn is great - very responsive and helpful. He has improved the professionalism and convenience year over year having lighting put up and taken down for the holidays. I would definitely recommend!

I had issues with my old lights . They replaced them and explained why my old lights were bad. they did a wonderful job on my house. We are already set for next year.
