+ -1 moreI spent a lot of time on the phone with Zach's sales rep, Rene, and I spoke to Zach one time, who indicated that he would be able to do my basement finish project. Then they sold me on a basement design business (Design Your Basement.com) with the promise that they would deduct the cost of the design plan from the project cost. But after the design plan was finish, they were no longer interested in doing my basement project. The cost of the design work was $600.
Description of Work: I would describe this situation as a Bait and Switch: I was trying to find a contractor to do a finish basement project and I was instead steered to a design company.
