Installation was sketchy, we picked up wires, nuts, etc. Wires were left hanging. In the beginning he was very responsive and friendly, came across as knowledgeable, customer service oriented. After he was finished, he didn't appreciate our calling. When a Dish serviceman came later, he expressed that he often has to "clean up after Jeff" . He is $10 more than Hughesnet, asked why, he said SERVICE. When we called him, he consistently referred us to Dish, did come out one more time, then when we called at 7:30 one night, he was on another install, promised to call when finished, never called. Next day after no call, my husband called Jeff, Jeff was impatient, rude, unprofessional, said he did not appreciate us calling when he is with other customers, and he called my husband an a..hole, said he was terminating the call, don't call back and hung up. We of course have not and will not ever call him, which is fine with him, he got his commission from Dish so he's done.
