Description of Work: We are selling our vacation home. It really needed a thorough cleaning and I just don't have the time with a new grandchild to raise. Mr. Perez and his crew were amazing. The price may seem high but for what they did it is totally fair. They cleaned and deoderized a fairly stained wall to wall carpet, made our bathrooms and appliances (inside and out) look like new, made our very dusty wooden blinds shine, etc. They showed up when scheduled. I never met Mr. Perez. We did all communication mostly by text. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Leyda and her crew are fabulous! They clean my vacation home regularly and on as needed basis. Their rate is very fair and they clean very thoroughly. They have been cleaning for me about 3+ years and I have never had a complaint. We own a vacation home and they come in when we or our guests are leaving. Since they charge by the hour, the rate varies at how much attention our house needs, but they are always very reasonable. I would highly recommend Perez Cleaning in the Steamboat Springs area.
Description of Work: Leyda Perez and her crew clean our house on a regular basis. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a great job. I regularly have them do a full house cleaning including bed linens.
