Description of Work: Have havd Daveid Lindahal do a number of things over the years. Recently installed a new eco toilet. In the past, he remodeled the kitchen, installed appliances, remodeled the bathroom, remodeled a closet for storage. David is prompt, courteous, informative,& willing to do things at the last minute. His work is great, and can be seen on the condo website, condosinsteamboat.com, go to 1 bedroom, Club A and you can see the photos yourself! I deffinitely will use him again & again!

Description of Work: Cathy & David are OUTSTANDING. I live out of state, so most of my plans were by phone & e-mail. Dave came out, his employee did all the things I needed in record time, and of course, I added on projects whii were all done timely and expertly. I met with Cathy, who took care of all the details after I flew out as well as before over the phone. We added cabinets in the kitchen, put in lights in multiple locaions, they even helped me get rid of furniture I no longer needed. I will be using them again this year to paint my condo, and do additoinal work. Can't say enough GOOD tings . No project was too small, they came up with great ideas so I could use the existing cabinets in the condo.
