Description of Work: AQS cleaned my chimney and seemed to do a good job. However, I wasn't able to make it home in time when they first called. I apologized and rescheduled. After service, I received an additional bill for $75 for "missing the appointment." AQS never mentioned this when I rescheduled, and nobody pays me $75 when I have to reschedule. Work was good, but 2nd bill was annoying.

 + -1 moreEfficient and professional. I just had NO idea cleaning our wood burning stove would be so expensive! I was planning on around $100. But I can't complain about the work. Excellent job.
Description of Work: The service was great! He called me back within an hour to set up an appointment, and was bang on time. He was in and out in half an hour.
