+ -1 moreIt was time to replace our window treatments at our second home in Aspen, CO. I researched online and visited many vendors for ideas, manufacturers & price. Our windows are not standard and it was difficult to choose a suitable product that would be functional as well as attractive. I became increasingly frustrated then one of our neighbors suggested we call "Nev" at Arka Abode Blinds (Snowmass, CO). It was the best call I ever made. Nev met with us the next day and told us exactly what we needed. The style, the color and how it should be mounted. He was so sure of himself so we decided to go with him. We could not be there for installation and relied on him 100%. He is a man of his word and we could not be happier. We finally made it out here and saw our new window tratments after almost a year! Perfect & beautiful. If you live in Aspen or the surrounding area and are thinking of new window treatments, I highly recommend Arka Abode Blinds. Description of Work: John Nevols, AKA "Nev", (Arka Abode Blinds in Snowmass, CO) was instrumental in helping me decide what type of window treatments would be best for our second home in Aspen, CO. Seems like a simple easy task but since I do not live here, had a limited time frame to coordinate our decorating and would not be able to be there for the installation of our window treatments, I desperately needed someone totally knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Nev removed the old window treatments and installed the new ones. 7 windows and 2 doors in all. He made the entire process so easy and the end result was spectacular! Nev chose a Hunter Douglas top dpwn, bottom up double cell cellular shade with an inside mount. Our windows are not standard and I was afraid an inside mount wouldn't look right. Everything was absolutely perfect just as he promised. You can trust him. We just came out to our place a few days ago (almost a year after installation) and we were extremely pleased. It was everything he promised and more! I would highly recommend Arka Abode Blinds if you live in Aspen or the surrounding area. You will not be disappointed.
