They were very rude and unprofessional. They kept leaving the cite randomly. They blocked out cars in, and when we asked then just normal questions about the well we were told military times to shut up. We even went to their office to ask about our water quality because they contaminated it. And the lady was very rude and told us she couldn't careless if we had drinkable water.

When no one else would show up this company responded quickly. One company actually said to me, "You know there is graduation and then Memorial Day." Memorial Day was four days away. I doubt that every worker in their company had a child graduating. I guess they did not want out business. They could have CARED LESS THAT WE HAD NO WATER. A nice man from Hamacher Well Works showed up right when he said he would. He explained everything that needed to be done in a professional and courteous, manner. Best of all in in language we could understand. I am definitely mechanically challenged so having people like this work on our well made it all the more comfortable for me and my husband. It was evident to me that this company cares more about making customers happy. The work was done in an efficient manner and it all looked great. They had to put in a whole new pump and dig a hole. The old one was a mess. It had probably been there since 1965. What impressed me the most was when he needed an electrician to help out he called one. My husband and I did not have to do a thing. I highly recommend this company for all your Well needs. They are excellent!

Both guys who came out were knowledgeable and prompt and courteous. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

We called them and they came out the same day. They were professional and had the hole dug and repair done in a little over an hour after arriving. I think they did very well; they were great.
