Summit Painting

Think twice before you contract with Summit Painting. i hired Summit to paint the interior of my condo. The painting aspect of the job was fine. However, they showed a lack of respect for the property and the property owner. Two specific requests that i made were completely ignored, including to not unplug the refrigerator if/when they had to pull it away from the wall (even though i had attached an extension cord to it). They insisted on trying to remove a support for a wall shelf and damaged it in the process. They somehow managed to lose a slat from a window blind that they removed. Additionally, their reps were unresponsive after the job was completed; an email to their "manager" got no reply, as did a request to the point person handling the on-site work for a receipt showing final payment and zero balance. i've been second guessing myself for hiring this company based simply on a lower quote than i got from another company.

Follow up for work less than a year ago is nonexistent even though their contract guarantees their work. After trying for almost 4 months to get Summit to come out and redo a very small area of the exterior, I am giving up. I am tired of the emails, text messages, etc. that say in a few days, end of the week, soon, etc. Last month, they did not even respond to requests for follow-up Impressed with the work initially done but based on the request for a follow-up, customer service warrants a zero rating if possible.

Absolutely outstanding company. Jason was professional, responsive, and on-time. The quality of the work was incredible. The value was amazing. Couldn't recommend Summit Painting highly enough. Hire them!

I worked with Benjamin on painting my townhouse. It has 20' high ceilings so I wanted to hire someone to do the work. Benjamin provided an estimate within a few hours of visiting my place, was responsive via email, and the work was done one time. Great working with Benjamin! Thank you, Michael

Got a better quote than others. They were flexible when I had to push it out one week. Completed on schedule. Receptive and responsive to a couple of minor touch ups.
