Description of Work: basicly i had to wait around for two days because they couldnt commit to a time - - it felt like they were doing me a favor for even showing up - they did half of the job because he didnt have time to do it all

Description of Work: They checked my gas range for leaks. it went fine after I got them to show up. I had made an appointmentand when they didn't call me or show up at the appointed time I called them. They had lost my appointment.

+ -1 moreKitchenAid had warned us that it might be some time before the repair firm could get to us but Mountain Valley was able to respond quicker. The repairman arrived the same day at the promised time. He found a loose connection in the new fridge and was ableto fix it immediately. Great experience.
Description of Work: Recommended by KitchenAid for warranty repair on a new fridge. Found loose internal connection and fixed it.
