+ -1 moreHe was not good at answering his phone. Tried to push me to going to meeting to sign up to go into business for myself and wouldn't tell me about the business so that I would go to the meeting. He spent more time talking to me about this than doing the actual work. He left a mess in the crawl space and didn't come back for a month to clean it up. He said he had an injury but he didn't offer to get someone else to clean it up. He has not returned my calls to let him know that the dust is back already. I don't have carpets or a lot of furniture to create the dust that is coming from the vents. I was told by my furnace company man that it should have lasted much longer if he had done a good job.

+ -1 moreWhile my A/C unit was being repaired, I asked Mr. Sanders about a humidifier. He installed one on the same service call and made certain I was satisfied before leaving.
Description of Work: Due to a severe hail storm, my air conditioning unit was damaged. Mr. Sanders "combed" the fins, checked the freon and pressure and even leveld the unit so it would work properly. He answered all my questions and was 100% professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Due to a hail storm I had severe damage to my air conditioning unit. Mr. Sanders "combed" the condenser fins thoroughly, ran tests on the unit, adjusted the pressure level of freon making certain the unit was running efficiently. He even leveled the unit as it was tilting a bit. He was gentlemanly and very professional willing to answer all my questions and show me everything he did. I further inquired about a humidifier which he installed for me. I would highly recommend this company.
