Awful! Dan is a coward that can't stand behind his work. Horrible Customer Service!! Be careful with this guy, I guess from the other reviews, if everything goes well, he is OK, but if things go bad, you will never hear from him again, which is what happened to me. I called Dan and made an appt for a sprinkler blowout a couple of weeks in advance for a rental house that I own. Then, the weather took a turn for the worse prior to the appt. I texted Dan to see if he could move the appt up prior to the freeze, even telling him that I could pay a premium for the expedited service. In the meantime, I arranged for a friend to go over and just drain the system prior to the freeze. I then get a text from Dan saying one of his guys will take care of the job the night before the big freeze, which I text him back and confirm. I then cancel my friend's offer to drain the system. The next afternoon, I get a call saying that my pipes have frozen, thawed, and were spraying water all over the house. Dan never contacted me to let me know the job did not get done, and he has refused to contact my repeated texts, voice mails, and emails trying to figure out what happened and what the next steps would be. He is a coward, too afraid to take any responsibility for what happened, and is not even willing to talk about it and work out any type of resolution. Those actions say a lot about a man.

Showed up, broke a part on my system, left and never came back.

We had a "snafu" with the weather, but all worked out. He called the night before and was there the next morning. We liked him a lot and will plan on using him in the future.

I had scheduled my appointment through HomeAdvisor for Monday morning. All-Star Landscaping called me to confirm I wanted to book a sprinkler blow-out but said Monday was unavailable. They switched me to Tuesday morning. Tuesday came and no one showed up. I called and texted to see what happened. I did not receive any response. Didn't get my sprinkler winterized before the first freeze as I had hoped. Now there is potential damage to my system. Extremely unsatisfied.

He was a little late, but incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

We asked to have a fall cleanup done and were very pleased. It was a lot of work and they took care of the property in a timely and professional manner.

I hired this company to do aeration, power raking and mowing. They did a great job and we have already recommended them to our neighbors

They were able to adjust their schedule and arrive early so the yard would be cleaned up before the snow storm. Greatly appreciated this extra effort!
