Wolfe concrete did an average job of completing the agreed upon work in a timely fashion. However, when it came to addressing obvious issues with workmanship, quality and warranty related issues, Wolfe Concrete completely disappeared. They had been paid in full, and had no interest in fixing issues identified immediately after the job was complete. Issues were documented with minor cracking, slabs sinking and portions poured at an incorrect angle to facilitate draining. After more than a year, these issues still exist.

Start = good. Randy helped describe typical work & accepted my design requests as feasible. The price was comparable to another company, but Randy's crew was able to start immediately, so I went with them. Randy's crew showed up early the following morning & they worked with my schedule. Workers only needed my help with extension cords being plugged in. 2nd day on the job, the "Joint guy," Reno showed up. We talked about what I wanted & when I asked him serious questions, he copped an attitude, asking me if I just wanted him to leave. I should have said "yes," but instead called/texted Randy to have him straighten Reno out. Everything was alright after that until they were finishing the job - Randy wanted his check & then he was gone. For that kind of money, they should have finished one step with wood/whatev, sealed the concrete once it was done drying, put away my hose, picked up their Red Bull cans, and ensured everything was at least as clean as when they got there. I think Reno's attitude altered Randy's perception of just how well I should be treated. I could have paid noticeably less and put up with a gruff attitude that was apparent from the get-go from a competitor. The quality is good though, and I'm quite happy with my new patio, and Wolf Concrete guarantees their work for 1 year. All in all, I consider the work a success.

They were quick and good. The price was right. They were punctual and professional.
