Tom and the instillation team are very professional and fast. The customer service team is just as amazing.

After gathering quotes to replace my AC and furnace, I settled on Steele Bros. Tom worked with me in deciding what level of units I needed for my situation. He answered all my questions. He sent Reynauldo, Jose and others (sorry, did not get all the names) to install the units. Everyone here that day was congenial, efficient and exhibited a desire to do their very best. From the outset, Steele Bros. has been an honest company with a great team of technicians. Jessica (the voice of the office) was outstanding, too! She took care of getting the inspection done and was always cheerfully helpful if I called with a question. I highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job. Professional, proficient a really good job. Furnace replacement along with air intake vent and exhaust vent. Good price.

During a cold snap furnace went out, they came on a Sunday to give an estimate, then installed the furnace the next day. Competitor gave an estimate but could not commit to prompt installation. I was grateful to have heat at a reasonable price point done so promptly.
