Steele Bros. is a wonderful company to work with. We had this job quoted in 6/2011 and they still honored the price in 3/2012. The Steele Bros. crew was very polite, worked quickly and cleaned up the area nicely. The electrician that was suggested by them did a great job but they were a little messy. The drug mud inside the house when completing the job.

Trustworthy: offered suggestions that I hadn't thought of (condensate pump instead of long line to basement drain), explained how the parts work (compressor, condenser coils, cooling coils), had the work inspected.

They were super knowledgeable and super fast.

They were the first, and only, response. They provided cost and appointment information. They were early to the appointment, removed the old and installed the new furnace in less than two hours. They cleaned the area they worked in and left it in better condition than what they found.

Every stage of this project was done professionally, from the early stage inspection, presenting a fair and prompt bid, to the final installation. These guys are good. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Phil the sales guy was thorough and pleasant. The two Arturos were prompt, pleasant and as far as I can tell did a good job. Price was excellent compared to my other bids. And my house is cool for the first time in years.

The company was easy to work with. I had to change my scheduled time for the work and it was no problem. I did not feel pressured for any services other than what was needed.
