Steele Brothers carries such a wide range of furnace and AC brands that they can find something to fit in most people's budgets. They showed up early, finished the job in 4 hours (new furnace + central AC) and it passed inspection just fine. The Electrician needed to correct something on his end, but that wasn't Steele Brother's fault.

I spoke with Phil who set up an apt. to come and look at the job. He was on time and of the 5 companies that I had look at the project, Phil was the only one who took the time to explain the complete job. He thoroughly explained the different brands and the benefits of each and took the time to hear what I was looking for and what my needs were. The crew on install day were very professional, on time, knowledgeable, and did a very careful and nice job. If I had questions about anything Phil always was available to get a hold of and knew the answers. I had a great experience and would recommend this company to all.

I obtained seven different bids. Steele Brothers was, by far the most competitve bid: (1) Best price for superior central A/C unit plus installation; (2) Best warranty; (3) right on time; (4) installation went without any problems. Other companies told me I would have to rip out walls, etc. Steele Brothers did al the work without the need to rip out walls. They were on time and finished the job expeditiously. Phil, the salesman was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained things better than all 6 other bidding companies.

The price was right and installation went smoothly. No complaints.

They replaced a furnace in 3 hours and came back to correct minor inspection issue the next day. Negotiated price and they requested check for payment in lieu of credit card to avoid credit card vendor charges. Good business strategy. Good for customer.

The salesman had all applicable brochures, offered multiple options, helped explain the technical information, and did everything he promised. The installers were professional and efficient throughout the process & I would highly recommend them.

Worst customer service, they left the cover on my furance in my crawl space off.told they would call me back and set other time to let another person to come out with him. STILL WAITING !!!

The installation went well, approx.3hrs for a furnace/AC installation. However, the appointment was scheduled for 830am and the crew did not arrive until ~1130am. At one point there were 5 guys here working to get the project done quickly. It was inconvenient that they were late but I think they pulled an extra crew to complete the job as quickly as possible.
