Steele Bros was the best price out of all the quotes we got. They came in and did the work with a team of professionals. There was a slight problem where water was collecting in a pipe that our inspector noticed but Steele Bros came out and fixed it right away and everything works perfectly now. They were nice to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new furnace or AC unit.

I like my new furnace, even though we had some problems. I�m getting excellent follow-up service, and everything has been fixed! They replaced the thermostat that didn�t work, then came back to change a setting - I�m so much happier now! Although the cold air return they added was crooked, and when I removed the grill to straighten it I discovered that when they cut the holes for the new duct, they left chunks of wood and sawdust in the bottom of the vent which I vacuumed out - they promised this would not happen on future installations. My salesman is a miracle worker - working tirelessly to ensure that every single problem gets fixed!!! Even though this job had a few more issues than usual, they did a great job, the salesman was knowledgeable, and the workmen were polite. I�m very happy with my new furnace now and recommend Steele Bros to do a wonderful job.

Appointments were promptly kept and the workers showed up on time. However, we paid for an A/C coil to be put on at the same time as the furnace, in anticipation of installing central air later. It wasnt until after they left that we saw they didnt even bring a coil, much less install one. Someone later brought the coil to the house in the box. This year, we had estimates done for central air, and three different independent contractors said that the furnace installation was done so incorrectly, it would have to be completely taken out in order to ever fit an AC coil on there and then repositioned and reinstalled! No Central air for us :(

Make sure that you get a commitment that old furnace either does not have asbestos or that asbestos removal is included in original quote.

Steele Brothers had the best price and warranty. They came out and looked at what we needed and made several suggestions and gave several options. They did not pressure us to go with one product over the other. Their estimate was very straight forward and laid out all the costs and what was included. The installers were on time, dressed professionally, and very courteous. After the installers were finished the Quality Control rep came out to make sure everything was done correctly. He spent a good amount of time explaining the options and how the system worked. He also took the time to tell me how to get the most out of the system

This project was asbestos removal, a complete re-duct and a furnace move. Steele bros. was able to reccomend other contractors for the project. Three contractors were involved in getting this done. They all worked together well. Steele Bros. were honest and forthright. They did not hide the difficult choices and did not over emphasize the good news. They made sure I went into the project with realistic expectations. The completely new duct system was done by true artists. The system was integrated into existing structure and I felt the duct work was second to none. Even the city building inspector was blown away with the craftsmanship.

First off, one of the senior HVAC guys called me and tried to walk me through ideas on how to fix my problem so they didnt have to charge me a trip fee. I thought that was great. We couldnt figure it out so they sent someone on-site. He re-wired my furnace (Which is what I did as well) and somehow it worked.......but only for about 2 weeks. I had to call them back to fix the problem again. they waived the trip fee and hourly wage for the first visit - real commendable. The second tech really knew what he was doing. He found a couple of problems and re-wired my humidifier (the right way). I was extremely pleased with his service.

They were quick to respond and went above and beyond what might be expected. I had a question while they were installing but they listened and worked it out. Veru friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. They expedient in getting things done.

We got a quote from Sears, but they were twice as much for the same system

I have continued to use Steel Bros, for other projects and they are terrific. Little difficult to speak to Pros directly but other than that, they saved me from a scam run by a well known radio personality. I would have been out over several thousand dollars if I had used the other company!!

This company is all-around great. I'm really glad homeadvisor.com got me in touch with Steel Bros. I had several quotes for a high-end heating and cooling system and these guys beat them all. Normally, I'm skeptical going with the lowest bid. However, I could tell by Phil's professionalism and product knowledge that this company was different. I've only had my system in for over two days but I am thrilled. I would recommend to anyone to get a couple quotes from other company's and then call Steele Brothers to see the difference. You'll be glad you did.

Steele Brothers is probably one of the best subcontractors I ever had perform work in my house over the last 20 years. They showed up on time for every meeting and after I awarded project to them, they performed the same way; on time and making their promised commitments. Their installation was high quality and I noticed the improvement in the comfort level of my house immediately. I can't wait to see my next Xcel bill to see if the savings I'm projecting from the more efficient equipment is going to be there.

Steele Bros installed a new AC for us and did a great, clean, professional install. When we had an issue after the install, they went above and beyond to come out and take care of the issue promptly and without charging extra for work outside the original scope needed in order to fix the problem. Justin, our primary point of contact was readily available and patiently answered our many questions, a pleasure to work with. The installers were fast and friendly. The company management was also very helpful and easy to work with in resolving our one installation issue; they genuinely wanted to not only solve the issue, but ensure the experience was as easy and pain free as possible for us. I really can't say enough good things about our experience working with this company.
