They were incredible! They worked us in their incredibly busy schedule because of the hot weather and our air conditioner had died. They promised a particular day it would be done and when the manufacturer did not have the unit we wanted they up-graded us to another unit for no charge to insure the job would be done when it was promised!!!They were fantastic and the salesperson, Chris , made it all happen!

Josh was great to work with. We had a very challenging project installing AC in an attic. He had to return several times to fine tune the air flow and was always on time and determined to get the job done right. He and Walter also replaced our hydronic system boiler and replaced all the control valves last winter and did a great job.

Sales rep., was very informative,friendly and on top of everything. I thought it would take a lot longer to have furnace installed, the installers did a great job, quick and efficient.

I used Steele Bros. Heating, Inc. Dave and Pete helped with the install and were timely, courteous, and did a great job. Phil also showed up to see how things were going. They were all great folks and I am glad that I choose them.

This was the second to lowest of 4 contractors I asked for bids. (The lowest didn't get back to me with information I requested.). The team were professional and thorough and finished well within the time frame estimated. They respected my property, were careful, and wore shoe covers when on the carpet.

Justin was very knowledgeable about the different systems and how everything worked. I was able to contact someone every time I called as with other companies, I had to leave a message and with some, I did not hear back from them until the next day. They are a little more expensive but offer emergency service and just seem to be the best company!

Paul was comfortable explaining all necessary information. I was curious as to how HomeAdvisor got my information since I had not gone on the web site. HomeAdvisor had my information prior to me even soliciting for the work (???). I have no clue as to how that happened Paul went through several choices of machines with the "installed" price. Out of three different companies quotes Steel Bros was the lowest. It would have been nice to have the cost itemized so I'd know how much the machine & labor was separately. It only took the two installers 1 & 1/2 hours to complete the installation. They were right on time, professional, courteous, efficient, and they cleaned the room up nicely after they had completed the installation. I am satisfied so far

The whole team: Justin, Phil, Brian, Adam, Laurie, and Julian were all outstanding professionals. Everything Phil estimated in the beginning was installed and in great working order. Everyone explained our questions in full detail. In the end we got an outstanding deal on a great Amana HVAC with limited lifetime warranty on core parts, plus the standard all other warranty. The installers we very professional and feel they installed the new system very nicely. Overall, I feel that Steele Bros Gave us the best value concerning brand, installation, quality, and cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. We received a very competitive bid from them very promptly. We had the new furnace installed within the week. It passed code inspection with no problems. Now it's over a year later and we've had no problems.

Reasonably priced (1/3 less than others) in replacing furnace/inside AC coils during record hot weather. After installation, they identified a problem with system's duct-work that lessened cooling/heating effectiveness. (We have ignored issue, fearing no easy solution.) They found way to dramatically improve performance by making small duct-work changes. Justin, Len and technicians were very professional. It was only company bidding (three others bid) that offered to pull a permit�another sign of professionalism. Once work was completed, Len called to ensure satisfaction. Great value, great service, great follow up. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Steele Bros for your heating repair and installation needs. Phil Martinez is very down-to-earth, professional, and straightforward. He has a good line of equipment and will work wtih you to meet your particular needs. I felt under NO pressure to select any level of equipment or service except what I needed. Very professional, polite and keep their work area neat and clean

Steele Bros is Awesome. Phil and Craig fully explained my options and educated me about heat pumps and gas furnaces and gave me a bid that was very competitve with 6 other companies. They arrived on time with all necessary items to complete the install. The crew was very polite and took great care while working in my home. The installation was completed when promised with no mess left behind. All equipment and their functions and controls were fully explained to me. I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend them.
