The price was right and right size unit installed and works. However was told this would happen from 8:30 - 10:30 within two hours. However went from 9:30 - 2:00. Two hours seemed a little unrealistic for an estimated amount of time. Nice it was done on a Saturday instead of a weekday.

From the price quote to the actual installation, these folks were top-notch! Justin who provided my estimate was excellent. In discussing our needs, I started to lean toward a pricier unit but after further discussion, he steered me toward a lower priced system. He said, "I don't want to sell you something you don't need." That was quite refreshing! The father and son team of installers and the electricians were meticulous and tidy in their work. They laid drop cloths throughout the house so as to keep our floors clean. A real class act company!

Phil Martinez gave us 3 options, answered all questions and fulfilled every promise he made at the time of sale. The 2 Arturo's did a great job of installation in a fast and efficient manner. The electricians gave us quality workmanship at a reasonable price. The City Inspectors even commented on what a nice job was done. We are very happy with our furnace and air conditioner. Price was good & service was great.

The salesman was very helpful in selecting the product that we needed. The installers were very professional and went above and beyond to get everything done. They installed the furnace and worked very hard to try to save the A/C unit. In the end we had to replace that too. Customer service was great. I would highly recommend Steele Bros Heating.

They were easy to work with and their service technicians are very nice. Phil presented a wide range of options and help me choose the best one for us.

Steele Bros came out to replace an AC unit that was broken when Goodfeelas did maintenance on the previous unit. Steele Bro's was competitive on the pricing, very friendly, and did a great job.

The representative who came to give me a quote was very professional, prompt, all the information I needed to choose the right furnace/air conditioner for my home. The price was the best of 4 quotes I had and the service has been excellent. The system was installed promptly and they even took pictures so I could seen the completed work (I can't get downstairs).
