Ultras professional...even laid down plastic runners on stairs and floor neatly and picked up in the same way. Everything worked perfectly from minute 1. Super helpful...extra service and programming prior to install with and extra visit no-charge. I would gladly use this company for any HVAC need in the future.

The installers and follow up service was first-rate. It was a rough install, but the technicians were positive and optimistic, as well as being thorough and hard-working. It took more time than originally estimated because of the small space they had to work in, but they did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with their product and service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace.

They were courteous, did good work and completed everything in a timely manner. Appreciated the advice to also have my ducts cleaned for overall improved performance and to avoid adding to allergy problems. As standard procedure Steele Bros. Heating pulls permits on all gas furnace installation and replacements. This is a good recommended practice that helps protect the customer's interest.
