Flexible scheduling and good product

They were diligent in asking questions as they installed and explaining why they were doing various steps. At the end of the day spent time with us to explain the heat pump system and what to expect. Kept all the booklets in a bin by the furnace etc.

Steele Bros. are very professional, but also creative in finding a solution to a challenging replacement of a very old AC system. Other potential vendors spent very little time analyzing what we needed. Steele Bros. was the only company that came to our home and carefully examined the old system to know what solutions were possible. They arrived on time and finished the job within one day.
