They showed up on time and explained the process of the installation and operation very well.The price I paid was approximately 60 percent of what another company's quote for similar service and equipment.

The estimator was very helpful, the work was done on time and as promised. Only downside was a couple of things that did not pass the city inspection. However, after contacting Steele Bros, it appears the problems will be quickly corrected.

IT WAS A LIFE TIME INVESTMENT FOR US, SUBSTITUTING A COMBO BOILER IN PLACE OF A WATER HEATER AND BOILER FOR HEATING THE HOUSE. THE CONTRACTOR'S EMPLOYEES, FROM CHRIS TO STEVE AND RICARDO, THE INSTALLERS, WERE HIGHLY QUALIFIED, WORKED WELL TOGETHER, AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT FEELING BOTHERED. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED AS WE HAD ASKED, AND EVEN MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN EXPECTED.

Just finished having a new furnace and AC unit installed. Bill did a great job of explaining the process to me and giving me several different price options to select from. Tom and Sergio showed up on time today with all the required equipment, my house has some odd additions to it which presented more than a few obstacles but somehow they managed to solve every issue and install the entire unit in one day. Tom then took the time to walk me through the entire system before they left. The only trace they left behind was much comfortable air!

They forgot to install the carbon monoxide alarms. The alarms have been scheduled for installation next week. Other than that, a humidifier was installed with the air conditioner and works well with the existing furnace. My house feels so much better with the humidifier. It's like night and day. Plus it's very quiet.

From the admins to the technicians to the follow up service...they were all exceptional! Very pleased! I received 3 estimates prior to making my final decision and they were not the least expensive...right in the middle. With that being said, you get what you pay for and they went above and beyond. Thanks for delivering legendary service...

Once we told them that we were selecting them, they were ready to do the work in a couple of days. One day installation with good training on using the system. They worked extra hard to help us qualify for all of the rebates available.

Installers seemed very compatent and took their time to test and make sure every was running properly. Customer service was excellent. Definitely would recommend this company.

Replaced existing furnace and added central air conditioning system. From start to finish the install was very smooth. Everyone that worked on the project was very professional, communication was excellent and I received excellent value for the requested work.
