The service tech who serviced my A/C and added refrigerant was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I hadn’t realized just how deminished it had gotten until it was back to fully functioning. As I have a 20 year old unit, it was more expensive for the coolant than expected, but the rep went out of his was to get what I needed the same day. Totally happy and cool with the service!!!

I was very impressed with Steele Bros. They came out and gave a quote and completed the job within a week. I received 2 follow up calls asking if the service was satisfactory. Now that is great customer service!

They did a great job on fixing the filter hinges on my HVAC - it is better than it was before it broke! Price was reasonable, too.

My experience with Steele Bros. Heating was fine. They were prompt and provided excellent customer service the day of the install. However, it has been a month and I still have not received a copy of the paperwork I signed and have not heard who to contact regarding getting an inspection from the city. I was told I would be contacted by the company 10-14 days after install with the information. It has been a month.

Got the job done when they said they would. Matched a competitive bid and provided better customer service.

Installation was done professionally. Additional help was pulled onsite to deal with some challenges that arose during the install. I would use these guys again.

Had them replace my gas furnace and install air conditioner, After they got to my house that work was done in one day. They had to come back twice and finish little touch up things in order to pass city inspection

Steele Brothers responded immediately to our call about a broken furnace and no heat. They came out right away and assessed the situation. JP's recommendations about what furnace would work best and be most efficient for our home were excellent. He gave us a fair price. He even gave us space heaters to get through the day without heat. The team that removed the furnace the next day was outstanding. Mauricio did a fantastic job with the removal and installation. He even fixed our humidifier that had been leaking condensed water. The installation team lead by Mauricio worked very hard for about 4.5 hours and the job was done. My husband and I are very grateful for the excellent service provided by Steele Brothers.

We contacted Steele Bros about a new Central Air Conditioning system, but ended up having them repair our existing unit. They were very thorough in both the estimating process for a new unit as well as diagnosing and repairing the issue. I loved the fact that they were not high pressure about replacing instead of repairing. We will use them when we are ready to replace our AC.

There were a few glitches getting all the equipment on hand. The installation was done very well and I am pleased with everything.

I want to start this review by saying that these are GREAT PEOPLE and they did fantastic work for us! I'd use them again and would recommend them to friends and family! I worked with Steele Brother's to install our air conditioning unit on top of our existing furnace. From the salesperson to the installers to administration, everything at Steele Brothers is top notch! They are professional, conscientious and committed to you being happy with your system! As is always the case with big home improvement projects, especially ones that are retrofitting to an old house, there were some issues that arose throughout and after the project. These things are not ideal, but they are also part of the process of home improvement. What sets Steele Brothers apart, is that they responded promptly and did everything they could to remedy any problem. Most companies I've worked with have essentially disappeared after the work was done, and it's almost impossible to have them come back out once they pass inspection. Steele Brothers definitely WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, to make sure we got the problems fixed and that we were happy with the work. I can't recommend the team highly enough - from Mauricio to Justin, and everyone in between, this is a great company!!

These guys are great. On time, quality work and product and clean-up.

Bill came over first and really impressed us with his knowledge and came up with a creative solution to put the condenser in a perfect place that wouldn't interfere with future updates to the house or be in the way when we were trying to entertain. Not only that, they beat every other competitor from a price standpoint, as well. Mauricio and his team (Tom and Sergio) were on time, professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and didn't flinch when I asked them to make some last minute changes. We had a small problem a couple days after the install (an electrical problem, not an air conditioning problem!) and Mauricio came back out and made sure it got taken care of. We would hire Steele Brothers again in a heartbeat! Great work and fantastic service!
