Great company, they installed my air conditioner and humidifer and later did warranty work on my AC , I could not ask for any better service, the techs were very friendly and explained every thing they did to repair my AC. the techs were Oswaldo and Adrian, great people. Steels brothers should proud of these two Techs. I would recommend Steel Brothers for any heating or cooling projects. These people are very professional . Both the salesman and the installer went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure that I had full understanding of what was coming up, when the installers would be there, and how to care for the air conditioner. The installer also shared information about how to care for the furnace as well.

Salesman Tom is a real Gem. It is clear Tom knows what he is doing. My furnace went out as we are going into a very cold snap of low temperatures. The company was out here in a very short time. Got me up and running till my new furnace is installed tomorrow. They are the greatest ever.

What a fantastic group of people! Not only are their prices and quality the best around, they are nice people as well! They didn't try to sell me on anything when they came out for an estimate. Just an honest conversation. I highly recommend them for your AC/heating needs.

These men walked me through the process with you so you know what they were doing. They cleaned everything and didn't leave anything behind. I was amazed at the communication these men had before and after the installation. The inspector came the next day to inspect our central Air Conditioning and he also said, "wow, these guys did a great job and they left nothing behind. They even went a step further to put this in." I would encourage you to hire these men, to do any work at your home.
