Horrible Horrible Horrible! We decided to rent one of their mountain homes with the awesome view. My grandma pays 1500 to the company, they gave us the keys but they still didn't have the deposit only the first months rent. Knowing this they still gave us the keys told us to move in, then that's when everything went down hill. When we moved in they told us there was only 30% propane which was fine we would get some more. After they didn't have their deposit for about a week, they began showing the house again to sell it while we were staying there. This wouldn't have been so bad if it wouldn't have been everyday! On top of that they would show up whenever they wanted! There was a scheduled showing at 7pm one day and they showed up at 2! Walked in on my dad taking a nap. We decided after they told us it was sold to move out, we stayed there 22 days. When the check went through for the deposit they took the whole 1500 of that to. $3,000 dollars for 22 days of staying there, and all they tell us is it's our loss. We haven't had money for food or heat for the whole month because of this reality company. I would never recommend them to anyone!!! These people are greedy.
