+ -1 moreThe switch on the refrigerator door dispenser for water and ice started malfunctioning, startling our guests with cubes and water overflowing their glasses periodically. Angell's came the day after I called and diagnosed the problem but needed to order parts. Since we were going to be out of town, there was no rush. They called when the parts arrived, I scheduled a visit late on a Friday afternoon and the tech stopped by. Installation was completed in about 20 minutes and the dispenser worked correctly. Total charge for all visits was about $110, which I was to split with the Blue Ribbon Home Warranty folks. Angell's did not want to be involved with any claim work although he did agree to call Blue Ribbon and say he was on-site making a repair. Reimbursement was without incident. Responsive, quick and professional, just what I wanted!
