+ 0 moreWonderful! He was professional, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. He provided thermal imaging of the areas he inspected and answered any questions I had. He does not do any repair work himself, so I felt very comfortable that all of his recommendations for repairs were sincere, rather than because he was trying to make a buck. I'd highly recommend Reliable Home Inspections!
Description of Work: Owner Robert Johnson of Reliable Home Inspections came to my home to investigate the source of an odd smell. He checked for gas leaks and discovered a small one on my hot water heater. He also did an energy audit of our living space and discovered that we needed additional insulation above the vaulted ceiling in our living room.
