SnowShoe Garage Door

We found a problem with the garage door in our rental property and had a very narrow timeframe to get it repaired. JD came out the same day we called and he had it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Outstanding service!

I had a broken tension spring and could not Open (Old)garage door . .JD called me straight a way. He came over and checked to see if he had a spring w/him that would work. He said he could order one, and I said, yes please. W/all things happening, he could not say for sure how quick this would happen. Two days later he called and installed spring. He also replaced the drums that wind the cables going to bottom of door. Balanced the door. Works great. And Before the snow. Hard to get things like this done in Resort towns.

When you call them to look at a problem, they show quickly and then charge a $50 service call fee for less than two minutes of work. We don’t need them in Steamboat! B.Kellogg

I was impressed how fast Snowshoe Garage Doors (particularly JD) could fix our old garage. He got the door closed so the house was warmer and safer - and then worked quickly to replace alll the old and antiquated springs and track. Work was professional and he worked till it was done. Very impressed and would highly recommend him.

JD did a great job. He was prompt, thorough and great timely in installing our new garage doors. They came out looking great!

JD was dishonest on how he handled the price aspect of the work to do. On the phone he told me that the cost would be $525 and that he would make the necessary adjustments to the door. In reality he wanted to charge me an extra $49 for just showing up and an extra $75 for balancing the door, even though he said he would do the necessary adjustments. Extra parts were $100 for the rollers that I agreed beforehand. At the end I had to pay the extra $70. Buyers beware as you need to get a quote in writing before the work is done.
