He has performed many services for myself and my mother over the years ranging from small odd jobs to light construction and everything in between. Jim has become our "go-to" person whenever we have work to be done on the house. We have always been more than satisfied with his commitment to doing the job right the first with an attention to detail where others take short cuts. The pride in work and craftsmanship shows and he is prompt, courteous and honest as well. I would highly recommend Jim Dandy Services for any home projects you need to have done.
Description of Work: A large variety of home repairs and home improvement projects over the last several years. Work has included repair and replacement of window screens, plumbing (new pipe, new fixtures), dry wall repair and hanging of new dry wall for room remodel, painting (interior and exterior), trim work (replace and stain/paint), HVAC ducting installation to correct for improper A/C flow, light fixture installation, installation of replacement doors, fencing repairs, vapor proofing of crawl space, addition of insulation in the attic, installation of new water heater, and several other odd jobs.
