Description of Work: They lost track of the paperwork because they were overwhelmed. Now that I've paid them a deposit to order the glass, it's been 6 weeks and I still haven't heard from them.

Description of Work: The seal on one of our insulated patio doors failed. The company sent an employee to measure the glass, ordered an exact replacement and returned several weeks later to install it. The job was performed neatly and efficiently at the appointed time. We are satisfied with the professional manner in which the work was performed.

Description of Work: I had a condo with window cranks that did not work. I couldn't find anyone else who would help me out.Elmer Glass had a difficult time finding the cranks but they were persistent and found them.I did not get the bill yet so I cannot tell you about the price.I used them one other time as well and they were helpful.

 + 0 moreThey had a great response time and excellent customer service. Within a week they were here to check out the window, and when the installer was coming to replace the window, he called first to see if it was a good time for me. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They came in and replaced one of our basement double paned windows that was cracked.
