 + 0 moreBoth gentlemen are courteous and professional. I did grade them a B on responsiveness and punctuality only because there have been times when they don't respond in a timely manner. One year when we scheduled our annual backflow test, we had left a message on their voice mail and did not receive a call back. However, Mr. Sandquist showed up the day after we left the message to perform the test. I believe it is difficult to grade on punctuality because they don't always know what to expect when they get to a job.
Description of Work: In May 2012, Mr. Harper replaced our garbage disposal. In June 2012, Mr. Sandquist performed (again) our annual test on our backflow prevention device.

 + -1 moreThey are prompt and showed up even after hours. They took calls after hours. They are very accommodating. The price was fair and good.
Description of Work: Brohn Plumbing & Heating Inc replaced some valves in my furnace. There are different zone valves in my furnace in different areas in my house; a couple of them were bad and they replaced those.
