I have used this service provider before in the winter of 2015 and was extremely pleased with the service that Frank had provided. Not only did he arrive on time, but he was pleasant, and very knowledgeable. So, I knew that when I made the decision to make the investment of converting my home from the horrible electric appliances that were in the home when I purchased it, to gas appliances, I wanted the same service provider from B&B Plumbing to do the conversion. In addition to the previously mentioned reasons, I also wanted the comfort of having gas lines in my home ran safely, which obviously was extremely important to me and my family. The install went very well, and I am pleased with all aspects of the services that were provided to me, and will not hesitate to contact B&B in the future if needed.

After leaving a message with frustration around being billed for their mistake on gas leaks on 2 new water heaters they recently installed, they called back several weeks later to apologize and say that of course we should not have received a bill. We did not receive an apology or any offer to make amends for the fact that we had been running out of propane so quickly while we had these gas leaks and also suffered illness due to the gas leaks. If they would have responded the first few times we called, we could have been spared weeks of gas leaking in to our home.

It was fine. They are quick and friendly. They send you a bill which is nice.

They did the work and excellent job. They did a lot of preparation work and restore trust for land ship and lines up. The rest of them signed it on our own because of the location having people to come up there. They had an insurance claim quarterly. They did quarterly portion and we did the rest. They are fair with their pricing and very reliable to start and work up with those. We have really been great using them.

I've used Band B Plumbing many times- the last time I had a broken pipe underground between my well and house. They were here within one hour and before lunch had it dug up, replaced and buried! They have always treated me exceptionally well on any call I have placed! They have gone beyond expectations to take care of plumbing mishaps in the two different homes I have lived in. I trust them completely and have never been overcharged for anything!

I think they have great customer service. They got the appointment set up within two days and the person that came to my house was friendly and very considerate. We will continue to use B and B in the future.
