Description of Work: We live in an extreme hard water area. We noticed over time a decrease in the water flow in the shower and water wasn't getting as hot as it should have through our on-demand hot water heater. The service man did an extremely thorough job in exploring all possible causes for the problem, flushed the hot water heater to remove scale, recommended a new hot water regulator for the shower, and repaired an outside water spigot that had broken over the winter. I would recommend Heritage for anyone in our area. I believe in supporting local businesses and this one is reliable and thorough.
